Welcome to Superstores.ng! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform as a seller and outline your rights and responsibilities. By accessing or using our platform to sell products, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Seller Registration and Account

1.1. Registration: To become a seller on Superstores.ng, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your business. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes.

1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties and to notify Superstores.ng immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Product Listings and Descriptions

2.1. Accurate Listings: As a seller, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful product listings, including detailed descriptions, specifications, and images. Listings should accurately represent the condition, features, and specifications of the products being sold.

2.2. Product Availability: You must ensure that listed products are available for purchase and promptly update product availability status on the platform. If a product becomes unavailable, you should promptly deactivate or update the listing to avoid misleading buyers.

2.3. Product Authenticity: Sellers guarantee that all products listed on Superstores.ng are genuine, authentic, and free from defects. Any counterfeit or misrepresented products will be removed from the platform, and sellers may be subject to penalties.

2.4. Quality Standards: Sellers must ensure that products meet industry standards for quality and safety. Products should be free from defects and manufactured in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. Pricing: Superstores.ng determines the final pricing displayed on the platform, which includes your selling price plus our markup, which include Superstores.ng commission and 7.5% VAT. You agree to provide accurate pricing information to Superstores.ng and cooperate in determining the final selling price.

3.2. Payment Processing: Payments from buyers are processed by Superstores.ng's third-party payment processors. Superstores.ng is responsible for handling payment processing and disbursing funds to sellers in accordance with our payment schedule.

3.3. Payment Schedule: Sellers will receive their Payments two (2) days after the order has been confirmed as complete. An order is considered complete when there are no returns initiated by the buyer within the specified return period.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

4.1. Order Fulfillment: Upon receiving an order from a buyer, sellers are responsible for bringing their products to Superstores.ng's Office for packaging and delivery. Products should be delivered to the Office in a timely manner to ensure prompt order fulfillment.

4.2. Shipping Costs: Sellers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with delivering their products to Superstores.ng's Office.

4.3. Quality Check: Superstores.ng will conduct a quality check on the products based on the specifications and descriptions provided by the seller to ensure they meet the expected standards and match the order made by the buyer.

4.4. Products that pass the quality check will be prepared for Delivery to the buyers. Sellers will be notified once their products have been approved for Delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Return Policy: Return lasts for three (3) days from the moment the buyer receives the item(s). Items labeled "Eligible for return" on the Superstores.ng’s detail page are covered, with the exception of:

  • Items damaged by the buyer
  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons

5.2. Return Cost:
If an item is defective, arrives not as described, or it's the incorrect item, then it will be up to the Superstores.ng to cover the return cost to the office.

5.3. Return Process: Upon receipt of a return request, Superstores.ng will coordinate the return of the item to the office for inspection. If the item is found to be defective or not as described, Superstores.ng will facilitate the return and refund process on behalf of the seller.

5.4. Seller Compensation: In cases where a return is processed due to a defective or misrepresented item, Superstores.ng will not provide payment to the seller for the returned item. Sellers acknowledge and agree that refunds provided to buyers for such returns will be deducted from their Payment.

5.5. Return to Seller: After inspection, if the item is confirmed to be defective or misrepresented, Superstores.ng will arrange for the returned item to be sent back to the seller at the seller's expense. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate return shipping information and covering any associated costs.

5.6. Seller Responsibility: Sellers agree to cooperate with Superstores.ng in processing returns and refunds for defective or misrepresented items in a timely manner. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of their product listings and may be subject to penalties for repeated instances of defective or misrepresented items.

6. Seller Performance and Compliance

6.1. Performance Metrics: Superstores.ng may evaluate seller performance based on various metrics, including order fulfillment times, customer satisfaction ratings, and compliance with platform policies. Sellers are expected to maintain high performance standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for buyers.

6.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Superstores.ng's policies while using the platform. Superstores.ng reserves the right to take action, including suspension or termination of your seller account, for violations of these Terms or any applicable policies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with your product listings, including trademarks, logos, and images. However, by listing products on Superstores.ng, you grant Superstores.ng a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your listings on the platform.

8. Compliance with Platform Policies

8.1. Policy Adherence: Sellers must adhere to all platform policies, including those related to product listings, pricing, and customer service. Any violations of platform policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of seller accounts.

8.2. Prohibited Activities: Sellers are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm the integrity or reputation of Superstores.ng, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1. Limitation of Liability: Superstores.ng shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by sellers arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

9.2. Indemnification: Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Superstores.ng harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform, including but not limited to claims related to product defects, intellectual property infringement, or violations of platform policies.

10. Termination of Seller Agreement

10.1. Superstores.ng reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. In the event of termination, sellers will be notified and provided with instructions for withdrawing any remaining funds from their account.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

11.1. Sellers retain ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with their product listings, including trademarks, logos, and images. However, sellers grant Superstores.ng a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their listings on the platform.

12. Advertising and Promotions

12.1. Sellers may engage in promotional activities, such as discounts, coupons, or advertising campaigns, to attract buyers to their products. However, sellers must adhere to Superstores.ng's guidelines for promotional activities and avoid misleading or deceptive advertising practices.

13. Communication with Superstores.ng

13.1. Communication Channels: Sellers must communicate with Superstores.ng through designated channels provided by the platform. This includes using the messaging system within the seller dashboard or contacting Superstores.ng's support team via email.

13.2. Timely Communication: Sellers are expected to respond promptly to any inquiries or communications from Superstores.ng regarding their seller account, product listings, or any other matters related to their participation on the platform.

13.3. Communication with Superstores.ng: Sellers are required to maintain open communication with Superstores.ng regarding any operational or logistical matters, including product availability, order fulfillment, or other concerns. Sellers should promptly notify Superstores.ng of any issues that may impact the fulfillment or delivery of orders.

13.4. Reporting Issues: Sellers should promptly report any issues or concerns related to their seller account, product listings to Superstores.ng. This includes reporting instances of unauthorized access, suspected fraud, or violations of platform policies.

13.5. Cooperation with Superstores.ng: Sellers agree to cooperate fully with Superstores.ng in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during their tenure as a seller on the platform. This includes providing accurate information, complying with requests for documentation or evidence, and adhering to any resolutions or decisions made by Superstores.ng.

14. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

14.1. Superstores.ng reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Sellers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1. Applicable Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].

15.2. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert jurisdiction].
